Schedule of Charges Levied
The Company may collect charges upto the levels mentioned below, inclusive of GST:-

| • Statement Charge | Rs. 236 | ||
| • Duplicate NOC Charge | Rs 590 | ||
| • Foreclosure charge | Upto 6% | ||
| • Late Payment Interest | As per contract IRR | ||
| • Overdue penal charge | 10/- per day per EMI in default if EMI is <10000 20/- per day per EMI in default if EMI is > 10000. | ||
| *Other than this, the Company may recover expenses like legal, repossession, etc. on actual basis wherever applicable | |||
